Products Covered by This Guarantee
This guarantee applies to the following Do-It-Yourself products only. The Done-for-You Full Application service is not covered by this guarantee (it has its own service agreement).

What the Guarantee Covers
If you purchase one of the products above and, within 60 days of purchase:
- You have gathered all required documents listed in your course or packet materials, and
- You are still unable to complete your ALW application or the respective packet section with our course materials,
then you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
Both conditions must be met. A refund cannot be issued solely on the basis of not completing the application if required documents have not been gathered.
How to Claim Your Refund

1Submit your refund request within 60 days of purchase. Requests submitted after 60 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible.

3Include proof that you gathered all required documents. This can be photos, scans, or a written list of every document from the course checklist showing you have obtained each one.

4Briefly explain what prevented you from completing the application or the respective packet, even with all documents in hand.

5We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the purchase date
- Requests where required documents have not been gathered in full
- The Done-for-You Full Application service ($2,500)
- Dissatisfaction with the ALW program itself or DHCS decisions
- Cases where the facility does not meet ALW eligibility requirements
- Duplicate purchases of the same product
Digital Product Terms
All Do-It-Yourself courses and packets are digital products delivered via Google Drive. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
- Access is for your facility only. Course materials may not be shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced in any form.
- No transfers. Purchases are non-transferable to another facility or individual.
- Access is immediate. Upon payment, you will receive access to your course or packet materials via the link on your confirmation page.
- Content may be updated. Get ALW reserves the right to update course materials at any time to reflect changes in ALW program requirements.
General Terms
- These terms apply to purchases made on or after the date this page was published.
- Get ALW reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be posted at this URL.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Done-for-You Approval Guarantee
We don't stop working for you until you're approved — or we refund your fee. If we prepare your ALW application and it is not approved, we will continue working on your behalf at no additional charge until approval is obtained.
Done-for-You Guarantee — How It Works
When you purchase the Done-for-You Full Application service ($2,500), Get ALW guarantees that we will continue working on your ALW provider application — at no additional cost to you — until your facility is approved by DHCS, subject to the conditions below.
What "not stopping" means: If your application is denied or returned for any reason within our control (incomplete paperwork, missing documentation, errors in the application), we will correct the issue and resubmit at no additional charge. We will follow up with DHCS on your behalf and continue advocating for your approval.
Conditions that must be met for the guarantee to apply:
- Your facility must meet the basic ALW eligibility requirements at the time of application
- You must provide all requested documents and information in a timely manner
- You must remain responsive to our requests for updates or additional materials
- The denial or delay must not be due to a change in your facility's status, ownership, or licensure after the application was submitted
Refund eligibility: If, after exhausting all available avenues, your application cannot be approved due to a reason within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of your $2,500 fee. To request a refund, email info@angelcitysenior.com with a summary of your case.
What is not covered: Denials resulting from your facility's failure to meet ALW eligibility requirements, loss of licensure, unresponsiveness to our requests, or DHCS program changes outside our control are not covered by this guarantee.
